Administration of Free economic zone Minsk took part in the Investment Forum in Geneva. 

Belarus took part in the World Investment Forum of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development on 22-26 October in Geneva.
The delegation of the Republic of Belarus was headed by the representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the National Agency of Investment and Privatization, Great Stone Industrial Park Development Company, Minsk FEZ, Grodnoinvest FEZ and the Permanent Mission of Belarus in Geneva.

Representative of Minsk FEZ Administration Piotr Filipovich, Deputy Head of administration, who took part in the event, signed a Memorandum on cooperation between Minsk FEZ Administration and FEMOZA - World Federation of Free and Special Economic Zones aimed at development and improvement of free zones, export development zones and special economic zones worldwide. 

On August 30, 2018, Minsk FEZ Administration registered a new company in Minsk free economic zone LLC “Ultraplast”.
 
The company is going to implement the investment project on production of sheet plastics and their components. Declared investment is more than 3 million euro. It is supposed to create at least 48 working places. 

The project presupposes construction of production, warehouse and office premises in an area of 12500 sq.m. in Fanipol.
