On August 29, 2018 the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated August 22, 2018 № 346 entered into force. It made some changes to the boundaries of the territory of Minsk free economic zone.
Thus, according to the above mentioned Decree two plots of land in the city of Zhodino are included in Minsk free economic zone boundaries. The first sector has an area of 9.16 hectares, the second one - 4.12 hectares.
There are free plots of land for construction of production facilities there.
According to the legislation on FEZ, land plots are provided free of charge and without any auction.
