Vacant plots

The FEZ "Minsk" territory with a total area of 2651.1674 hectares includes 21 plots located in the Minsk region and the city of Minsk. At the time of its creation, it included 8 territorial units with an area of 1390.0 hectares. In 25 years it has doubled. 

The area under the facilities of FEZ "Minsk" residents occupies 641.2949 hectares. 

The area of vacant land plots is 601.9521 hectares, some of which are determined by urban planning regulations.

All sites and production facilities are located near the main roads and railways, Minsk National Airport, which gives companies quick and convenient access to international trade flows and access to promising markets of the EAEU countries and the European Union.

Despite the fact that the main part of the FEZ "Minsk" territory has already been developed, we are ready to offer investors free land plots for the construction of new enterprises, as well as unoccupied production premises with ready-made infrastructure for purchase or lease.
