February 20, 2018 in FEZ "Minsk" was registered a new resident - Limited Liability Company "BaFaHimBel."
The resident's investment project provides for the organization in the FEZ Minsk of a plant for the production of additives for concrete for various purposes, the purpose of which is to produce products that provide a comprehensive improvement in the properties of concrete, giving it additional characteristics.
The project is to be invested at the expense of the company's own funds. The sources of funds for the implementation of the project are the direct investments of the founder - the company "YAKEM" Turkey.
The founder of LLC "BaFaHimBel", company "YAKEM" Turkey, has been working in the construction market for several years. It specializes in the manufacture of additives in concrete and a variety of impurities that affect the special qualities of solutions. With the development of technology, the quality and variations of the company's products are constantly increasing, which allows it to maintain its niche in production.
"YAKEM" Company Turkey intends not only to invest in equipment, but also to transfer innovative technologies to the new resident of the FEZ "Minsk" in the production of additives for concrete.
LLC "BaFaHimBel" intends to become the leading enterprise in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the production of concrete additives. The new production will be distinguished by a high degree of mechanization and automation, where the share of manual labor will be minimal. At each stage of the technological process, quality control will be carried out. High quality of the products will be ensured by the use in production of only high quality raw materials.
In accordance with the goals and objectives of the FEZ "Minsk", the investment project of LLC "BaFaHimBel" is export-oriented, as about 90% of the products will be supplied to the near and far abroad.
