The forum brought together about 140 people. The discussion participants were representatives of the Vitebsk region, city authorities, ministries and departments, the Indian embassy, heads of Belarusian FEZs, and resident enterprises.
The main areas of activity of FEZ residents are the production of high-tech, innovative and import-substituting products.
Over 25 years, an effective business environment has been formed in the FEZ "Vitebsk" for launching new production facilities, introducing innovations and developing the service sector, said the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin at the opening of the forum. He noted that they make a significant contribution to the development of the region and the country, being the center of attraction and implementation of significant investment projects, joint production with foreign partners.
In addition to the business program, the forum will include an award ceremony for resident companies of the FEZ Vitebsk for achievements in the investment and production spheres.
