The conference brought together about 200 business representatives, 15 experienced domestic and foreign arbitrators recommended by more than thirty arbitration institutions around the world. They came to Belarus from the CIS countries, Europe, Africa and Asia.
The International Arbitration Court considers disputes on an equal basis with state courts. The decisions of arbitration courts are recognized in more than 170 countries.
Experts emphasize that the main objective of the event is to provide Belarusian manufacturers with recommendations from experienced arbitrators on what mistakes should be avoided when conducting international business, recognizing and enforcing decisions of foreign courts in the process of pre-trial and judicial settlement of disputes
The organizer of the conference is the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
