Over the first 6 months of this year, 321.2 million rubles of investments in fixed assets were utilized, which is 53.2% higher than the corresponding period of 2024.
The inflow of foreign direct investment amounted to 218.1 million dollars, which is 40.1% more than in the first half of 2024. The foreign trade turnover of enterprises amounted to 2,370.8 million dollars, the balance of foreign trade in goods was positive.
The average monthly salary of employees of the FEZ residents increased by 13.7% compared to 6 months of the previous year and amounted to 3,395.3 rubles. The budget received 652.2 million rubles in taxes with an increase of 16.8%.
The head of the administration Anatoli Kalinin noted the positive trends in the development of the FEZ, and also outlined the key challenges and tasks for the near future. The participants discussed problematic issues and outlined current ways to solve them.
Particular attention was paid to the development of the FEZ territories in the Fanipol area, the allocation of land plots to investors. Anatoli Kalinin emphasized the need to monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations by residents and attract investors who plan to engage in high-tech production. The head of the administration noted the importance of continuing work to improve the infrastructure and create new opportunities for business development.
