In January-September, the residents of the FEZ "Minsk" mastered investments in fixed assets of about 323 million rubles, which is more than 70% higher than the same period last year.
In nine months, the enterprises of the FEZ "Minsk" produced goods and services by 27.3% more than the same period last year. Exports of goods increased by 10.8%. Foreign trade turnover increased by 4.7% and amounted to 4.2 billion US dollars. The balance of foreign trade in goods was positive.
Over the first 9 months of 2024, residents created 373 new jobs. The average monthly salary of employees of enterprises of the FEZ "Minsk" increased by 23.5% compared to the first nine months of last year and amounted to 3,077 rubles.
The meeting participants also discussed current issues of implementing investment projects, prospects for infrastructure development, and paid special attention to the territory of the FEZ "Minsk" in the Fanipol region.
In addition, Deputy Minister of Economy Alesya Abramenko visited the production facilities of the free economic zone resident LLC "Onco Solutions". The company is implementing an investment project to organize the production of medicines, including antitumor drugs. Preparatory work is currently underway at the enterprise, the opening of production is scheduled for the end of 2024.
