Auction conditions

1. The winner of the auction or in the event that the auction is declared invalid because the application for participation in the auction is submitted only by one participant and he agrees to purchase Lot 1 at an initial price increased by 5% (five percent) - Bidder, must sign with the Seller a contract of sale of Lot No. 1 within 10 days from the appointed date of the auction, as well as agreement with the Supervisory Board of the Seller.

2. Payment terms purchased at auction Lot No. will be agreed with the Auction Winner (Bidder) additionally.

3. The winner of the auction (the Bidder for the purchase) pays to the Auction Organizer a fee in the amount of 0.5% (zero point five percent) of the sale price of Lot # 1 within 3 (three) banking days from the date of signing the minutes on the results of the auction.

4. The Applicant for purchase shall be subject to the rules and conditions established by the legislation and this agreement for the Auction Winner.

The auction will be held on 18.04.2018 at 11.00 at the address:

To participate in the auction are invited to citizens, jur. persons and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus, foreign investors who submitted an application for participation in the auction (in accordance with the form established by the Auction Organizer); (in the form established by the Auction Organizer) and concluded an agreement with the Auction Organizer on the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of preparation and conduct of the auction (according to the form established by the Auction Organizer ), as well as the following documents are attached:

- legal entities of the Republic of Belarus - a copy of the certificate of state registration, copies of constituent documents;

- individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus - a copy of the certificate of state registration;

- a passport - a copy of the passport (pages 31, 32 and registration), representatives of individuals and individual entrepreneurs - a copy of the passport (pages 31, 32 and registration) and a power of attorney certified by a notary;

- foreign legal entities - legalized copies of constitutive documents and an extract from the trade register of the institution's country (an extract must be made not earlier than six months before the submission of the application for participation in the auction) or other equivalent proof of legal status in accordance with the legislation of the country of the institution with a notary a certified translation into Belarusian or Russian;

- Foreign individual entrepreneurs - a document legalized in accordance with the established procedure, confirming the status, with a notarized translation into Belarusian or Russian;

- representatives of a foreign legal entity, a foreign individual or an individual entrepreneur - a power of attorney legalized in accordance with the procedure established by law, with a notarized translation into Belarusian or Russian.

When submitting documents, the applicant (representative) presents an identity document, and the head of the legal entity is a document confirming the authorization.

Submission of documents by mail is not allowed. Information about the participants of the auction is not subject to disclosure.

The Bidder has the right to withdraw his application for participation in them before the bidding.

The deposit paid by the auction participant, who became the Winner (Bidder), will be credited against the final cost of the Object. The Organizer of the auction returns the deposit paid by the auction participants who did not become the Auction Winner, by cashless payment within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the auction (the date of the auction if the auction is declared invalid) or from the moment when the Auction organizer registers the refusal to participate in the auction .

The auction organizer or the Seller has the right to withdraw the Lot from the auction before it is sold without specifying the reasons for the withdrawal.
