1. The winner of the auction (the buyer) pays the remuneration for the organization and holding of the auction, including the cost of organizing and conducting an effective auction, in the amount of 1 percent of the sale price of the subject of bidding indicated in the protocol on the result of bidding, within 3 working days from the date of bidding .
2. The winner of the tender (the buyer) agrees to agree on the further functional purpose of using the real estate with the Minsk City Executive Committee, taking into account the requirements of Presidential Decree No. 165 of 23.04.2003 "On approval of the master plan of Minsk and some issues of its implementation".

Trades are held in accordance with art. 417, 418 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and the procedure for conducting an auction for the sale of property belonging to OAO "Maz" - the management company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ", approved by the auction organizer.
Participation in the auction is allowed to legal entities and individuals who have concluded an agreement with the organizer of the auction on the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of preparation and conduct of the auction, which have made a deposit, and submitted the following documents to the bidding organizer:
Application for participation in the auction (in the form established by the auction organizer); an application for acquaintance with the documents sold by the property, the order of the auction (in the form established by the auction organizer); a copy of the certificate of registration (for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs); a copy of the charter (for legal entities); a copy of the payment document on deposit; documents confirming the powers of a representative of a legal (physical) person; and also, if necessary, other documents in accordance with the procedure for conducting the auction.
The deposit is transferred to the settlement account of the state enterprise MGTSN No. 3012104971019 in the regional directorate 700 for Minsk and the Minsk region BPS-Sberbank OJSC, Minsk, code 153001369, UNP 190398583 within the time limit set for the receipt of documents for participation in the auction.
Trades are held in the form of an open auction with conditions for increasing the initial price. Bidding is conducted by an auctioneer, determined by the auction organizer. In the bidding process, the initial price is increased by the auctioneer until only one participant agrees to purchase the item of bidding. This participant is declared the winner of the auction, and the highest price (sale price) is fixed in the protocol on the results of the auction and does not include VAT. In the course of bidding, participants can offer their price for the property being sold in accordance with the order of the auction.
In the event that the bidding is declared invalid because the application for participation in them was submitted only by one participant or for participation there was only one participant, the subject of trades is sold to this participant (the buyer) with his consent at the initial price increased by five percent .
The contract of sale and purchase between the seller and the winner of the auction (the buyer) consists after the presentation of a copy of payment documents on transferring the amount of remuneration for the organization and holding of trades and is signed within 10 working days from the date of the auction. Payment for the value of the acquired property, including VAT, is carried out by the winner of the auction buyer) in agreement with the seller in the manner provided for in the contract of sale.

Acceptance of documents, as well as consultations on participation in the auction are carried out from 21.06.2018 to 19.07.2018 inclusive on working days from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 (on Fridays - to 16.45) at the address: Minsk, ul.
