On February 27, an operating agreement with Neokraft LLC, a new resident, was signed at the Free Economic Zone Minsk administration.
The new resident will implement a socially significant investment project to start the production of rehabilitation equipment—wheelchairs.
Modern production of rehabilitation equipment utilizes lightweight and durable materials—aluminum alloys and carbon fiber—as well as advanced technologies in ergonomics and control systems. The project's importance is driven by the ongoing implementation of innovative technologies aimed at improving user comfort, reducing product weight, and enhancing maneuverability.
Capital investment will exceed €500,000. The project will create new jobs. Production is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. Once fully operational, annual production will be approximately €1.5 million.
It's important to note that this is the first time the FEZ administration has collaborated with a resident to rent out ready-to-rent space for a new project on the West site near Fanipol. Given the high demand for industrial rental space, this arrangement opens up additional opportunities and allows the company to launch production quickly.
