Description of the project
The project involves the construction of a new enterprise and engineering and transport infrastructure for the production of sandy loam and loam on the territory of site No. 10 (the district of Fanipol), which is included in the boundaries of the FEZ Minsk.
In this territory there is a Western section of the explored deposit "Fanipolskoe" for the production of agloporites, the reserves of industrial categories of which amount to 6,241.68 thousand m3 (currently not developed).
The deposit "Fanipolskoe" is located on 2 plots: East (140 ha) and West (100 ha). In the eastern section of the field "Fanipolskoe", as of 01.01.2017, the balance of stocks of sandy loam and loam is: industrial categories - 5,635 thousand m3, preliminary estimated - 2,042 thousand m3. The deposit is fully explored and ready for operation. The chemical composition of the deposit is available.
Description of the planned products (services, technologies)
Loams of the Fanipolsky deposit allow ceramic products to acquire natural, natural colors. Noble color is achieved due to the content in the loams of a significant amount of impurity iron oxides.
The use of loams in the clinker tile formulation allows achieving a low water absorption (up to 2%), frost resistance of more than 100 cycles, high mechanical strength (more than 28 MPa), resistance to aggressive media, resistance to temperature changes.
In comparison with the majority of clay deposits in the country, the loams of the Fanipolskoye deposit are not characterized by a tendency to swelling during firing.
