The document was signed by Anatoli Kalinin, Head of the FEZ Minsk Administration, and Artem Penzin, Director of the Management Company JSC "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan."
One of the key goals in creating the mirror cluster is to improve the investment climate and realize investment potential, as well as launch projects aimed at addressing priority socioeconomic development issues in Belarus and Bashkortostan.
The ceremony took place as part of the business program of the "Innoprom. Belarus" forum. Anatoli Kalinin spoke at a roundtable discussion, presenting a promising site for locating production facilities for investors from Bashkortostan.
"We, in turn, offer the Radian site—approximately 25 hectares of land available for development, with developing infrastructure and the potential to expand its boundaries if necessary. To make these areas attractive, it is necessary to build housing and social facilities," noted the head of FEZ Minsk.
To implement the project, agreements were reached during the meeting on establishing a management company, submitting proposals for unifying the legislative framework, and identifying financial instruments.
The parties emphasized that all measures taken will be aimed at creating a favorable environment for the successful implementation of joint investment projects and strengthening cooperation between the republics.
