The forum discussed promising areas of interaction between business representatives from Hungary and Belarus, including residents of the free economic zone, and held B2B negotiations on the development of cooperation in agriculture, construction and woodworking, mechanical engineering, medicine and pharmaceuticals, investment opportunities, etc.
Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto spoke about the areas in which he sees prospects for developing cooperation with Belarus. Among such areas, he named agriculture, industry, pharmaceuticals and food security. "We are open to strengthening cooperation in these areas," Peter Szijjarto noted.
The heads of 24 Hungarian companies arrived in Minsk with the minister.
