On July 13, 2026, Anatoly Kalinin, Head of the FEZ Minsk administration, met with Sarvar Akhadov, General Director of Technopark, LLC (Republic of Uzbekistan).
TEXNOPARK, LLC is a 450,000 square meter production facility that encompasses over 17 projects in various areas of modern industrial production, from household appliances to construction and energy equipment. Investments in reconstruction, equipment, and technology procurement total $620 million. The facility employs over 4,000 people.

During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation. Particular attention was paid to establishing closer business contacts between resident companies at the two sites. The dynamic development of the dialogue is largely facilitated by the strategic focus set at the recent meeting between the leaders of Belarus and Uzbekistan, as well as active work on implementing joint projects within the framework of the new roadmap for cooperation between the two countries for 2026–2030.
During the talks, the FEZ Minsk administration presented investment and production potential of the FEZ as the largest free economic zone in Belarus, uniting over 100 companies producing high-tech products, 80% of which are exported.
The talks resulted in specific agreements on further steps:
A videoconference is planned for the near future with participation of residents of FEZ Minsk and Technopark to present specific projects and identify common ground for joint activities. Anatoly Kalinin also received an official invitation to visit Technopark of Uzbekistan to more thoroughly study its infrastructure and operating conditions. As noted by Anatoly Kalinin, head of the FEZ Minsk administration, the agreements reached will provide new impetus for strengthening trade and economic ties between Belarus and Uzbekistan, facilitating the creation of joint ventures and the introduction of advanced technologies.
