In 2019 the export of FEZ "Minsk" residents amounted to $ 1,315 billion. For the third straight year this figure exceeds one billion USD, indicating a positive dynamics in the growth of export of our enterprises. Products are exported to 80 countries around the world.
More than 1,5 thousand jobs were created at new production facilities (132% as against 2018). $ 92 million USD of investments were raised. Taxes, fees and payments to the budget and extra-budgetary funds amounted to 342 million rubles (121% as against 2018).
In 2019 the FEZ "Minsk" administration registered 17 new resident companies. In particular, there are such projects as the organization of production of specialized steel containers for transportation of goods by various modes of transport in Molodechno, the production of vandal-proof water meters in Zhodino, the production of wooden doors and windows using Scandinavian technology in Borisov.
Among the priorities of the FEZ "Minsk" administration for 2020 and the medium term is the development of the FEZ "Minsk" territory in the area of Fanipol. The point of growth for the development of this territory will be the construction of an electric substation "Cherkassy" and a high-pressure gas pipeline, as well as the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure for their operation.
At this moment a gradual development of this territory is taking place – 12 FEZ “Minsk” residents are engaged in production activities here, and 4 more companies are undergoing the stages of approval and obtaining land plots. It should be noted that in accordance with the Development plan more than 50 investment plots on the FEZ territory in Fanipol (ranging in size from 1.2 to 11.2 hectares) with a total area of about 190 hectares are intended for the implementation of new investment projects by FEZ “Minsk” residents.
