One of the main tasks of the Administration of free economic zone Minsk is to create favorable conditions for implementation of investment projects in the territory of Minsk free zone. Construction and rehabilitation of roads, electricity, gas, water and sewerage infrastructure has become one of the key activities of the Administration.
From 2003 till 2018 FEZ Minsk Administration built more than 35 infrastructure objects: more than 30 roads, 2 sewage pumping stations, electricity supply system, water supply and sewage systems. Together with roads and infrastructure facilities there was developed the surrounding area: pavements and pedestrian crossings, overpasses, guidance and orientation systems.
Due to the constant development of territory infrastructure, construction of modern factories by FEZ companies, free economic zone Minsk has long ago acquired the image of dynamically developing industrial center of Minsk region.
In the near future the territory of free economic zone Minsk will continue to develop favourably. The main focus will be on the development of the site №10 in the city of Fanipol. There will be constructed such infrastructure facilities as electricity supply systems, sewage treatment facilities, a sewage pumping station and several roads. Given this background, the investors will be able to develop their plots of land further on to suit their exact requirements for implementation of their investment projects in the territory of free economic zone Minsk.
