According to him, in May the plant mastered the production of a new model of the Geely car in a sedan car. The first batches of this model were tested and will go to the dealerships in June. Taking into account the technological cycle, as well as the supply of components from China, the car will be mass-produced in August. "We are planning that the model should enter the market with a price of less than Br23 thousand," the first deputy minister said.

Thus, continued Gennady Svidersky, today the plant has three models of cars that were planned for production. In November 2017, the flagship model NL-3 Atlas was launched and launched. In March, tests of the new budget crossover NL-4, which is already on sale, have been completed.

The first deputy minister also added that another important task that faced the team was preparation for putting the plant into commercial operation and all its shops with equipment. "In fact, everything has been prepared for all technological redistributions, I think this work will be completed in June," he stated.

Gennady Svidersky also drew attention to another important point - the recruitment and training of personnel. Now there is a necessary number of workers to produce 50 cars per shift. In the near future, in the third quarter, we will have to release 70 cars per shift. "As long as we work in one shift, we recruit and train personnel." Once the required number of personnel is fully loaded in one shift, the task will be to shift to a two-shift operation mode, "said the Acting CEO. At the same time, he noted that there are a large number of people who want to work at the enterprise. The average salary is about Br1000 and will increase in the future.
