The FEZ Minsk Administration reports that the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites representatives of Belarusian enterprises to participate in a joint business visit to visit two major European exhibitions in Warsaw (Poland) from March 20 to 23, 2018:
- International Exhibition of Automation Systems, Robotics and Instrumentation "AUTOMATICON 2018";
- International Exhibition of Hospitality and Food Industry "EUROGASTRO 2018".

The international exhibition "AUTOMATICON" (www.automaticon.pl/en/) is dedicated to automation and robotization tools and instrumentation. To date, AUTOMATICON is one of the most important exhibitions on this subject in Europe. The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with innovations and latest achievements in this field, conduct business negotiations with Polish companies, and visit Polish companies. The exhibition will feature a wide exposition, including robotics, instrumentation, software, automation, touch and pneumatic equipment.

The purpose of the visit to the international exhibition "EUROGASTRO" (http://eurogastro.com.pl/en/) is the improvement of the qualification of the staff in the practice of the modern and promising trends of the industry development on real examples, the exchange of experience with colleagues from a foreign country to increase competitiveness and quality goods and services, establishing direct business contacts with Polish enterprises, visiting Polish companies. The exhibition will include: food products and semi-finished products; professional kitchen equipment; devices for bakery and confectionery; beverages and flavors; elements of table layout; furniture for hotels, gastronomy, confectionery and bakeries. |
Organizational expenses of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the host country will be paid by bank transfer in Belarusian rubles in accordance with the agreement, based on the total number of participants (transport services along the Minsk-Warsaw-Minsk route, visiting exhibitions, visa support, hotel booking).
Additional daily expenses ($ 50 / day x 4 nights) and accommodation costs (~ 80 $ / day x 3 days) are paid additionally.
Applications are requested to be submitted urgently not later than March 5 this year. with indication of the full name, position, passport data of the participant (s).
