Deputy Chairman of the FEZ "Minsk" Administration Piotr Filipovich took part in a business visit of a delegation from Belarus to Salerno, Italy, as part of the implementation of the Belarusian-Italian project WINVEST BELARUS, initiated by the NAIP and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry "Italy-Belarus".
The free economic zone "Minsk" which is attractive to the Italian investor for its location and preferential tax regime is considered as one of the platforms for the implementation of the project.
Piotr Filipovich presented to the Italian side the investment attractiveness of the Minsk FEZ, as well as possible options for implementing the project on the territory of the free economic zone “Minsk”.
During the business events he also talked with representatives of Italian organizations that are project participants, and also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the administration of the FEZ “Minsk” and the Italian Confederation of Economic Development CISE. The document provides for various actions and initiatives aimed at attracting Italian investments to the Republic of Belarus, as well as assistance in creation of joint Belarusian-Italian enterprises on the territory of Belarus, including in Minsk FEZ.
During the visit, a delegation from Belarus visited the NOLA Business Park, as well as the largest logistics hub in Europe in the Campania region - Interporto Campano.
