The Togliatti city electric transport fleet was enriched with 40 trolleybuses of Belkommunmash, which became the largest delivery to Russia in the last three years, BelTA learned from the company.
OAO Belkommunmash, the management company of the Belkommunmash holding, won a tender for the supply of 40 trolleybuses of model 321 in Togliatti, which is explained by the attention of the Russian city authorities to the environmental situation, which entails an active renewal of the electric transport fleet.
Many consumers in the CIS countries prefer the time-tested model 321 from the Belkommunmash line. On the routes of Minsk more than 400 such machines are involved. This is a one-section, maneuverable, fully low-floor trolleybus equipped with a manual ramp. Additional security is provided by the placement of electrical equipment on the roof in a sealed compartment.
