Free economic zone "Minsk" enterprise "Belkommunmash" will supply to Azerbaijan 4 big capacity electric buses E321 to start a pilot route in the city of Ganja, Azerbaijan, in 2019, BelTA learned from the OJSC "Holding Management Company "Belkommunmash".
In the future, it is planned to organize a joint assembly production on the basis of "Ganja Automobile Plant". The parties signed a cooperation agreement during the visit to the enterprise of the Azerbaijani delegation headed by the Mayor of Ganja city.
OJSC «Holding Management Company «Belkommunmash» is the leading manufacturer of urban electric transport in CIS countries. The company produces trolleybuses, tram passenger cars and electric buses of normal and high capacity.
The electric bus, as well as the trolleybus, operates from electricity that does not come from the contact network, but from the installed accumulator based on supercapacitors. Energy savings from the electric bus exploitation compared to the trolleybus make 14%.
