In accordance with Resolution No. 457 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 9, 2026, the territory of Atlant CJSC—located in Minsk along Pobediteley Avenue and Timiryazeva, Olshevskogo, and Selitskogo Streets—has been incorporated into the borders of the Free Economic Zone Minsk (Site No. 22). The total area of the newly included territory is 36.7 hectares.
According to Atlant CJSC, the company plans to submit a package of documents to the FEZ Minsk administration in the near future to be registered as a resident.
"This decision is the logical outcome of systematic efforts to expand the borders of the Free Economic Zone and create additional conditions for developing the production potential of the country's leading enterprises," noted Anatoly Kalinin, Head of the FEZ Minsk Administration. "Including the Atlant site within the FEZ borders will allow the company to utilize the Free Economic Zone regime on this new territory and implement large-scale investment plans."
