On November 27-28, the head of the Minsk FEZ administration, together with colleagues from the Brest FEZ and Gomel-Raton FEZ, took part in the international conference “Labor Productivity. Reserves and Methods for Increasing Efficiency,” which was held at the Mogilev FEZ administration.
The conference began with a competition on improving labor productivity among enterprises and organizations.
The plenary meeting and panel sessions provided a platform for presenting best practices and current approaches to improving production efficiency, as well as for a meaningful exchange of experience between leading specialists from Belarus and Russia.
Experts discussed the implementation of lean manufacturing elements, as well as industrial psychology methods for achieving the targets of industrial enterprises.
The conference was held as part of the international technical assistance project “Supporting the Republic of Belarus' efforts in nationalizing and localizing sustainable development goals.”
