On January 30, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus Askar Beisenbayev, accompanied by the Embassy Counsellors Askhat Mukashev and Ermek Shuvatov, paid a business visit to the administration of free economic zone "Minsk" and several FEZ "Minsk" resident companies.
During the business meeting in the FEZ "Minsk" administration the parties discussed their intentions and interest in providing mutual assistance in the development of investment, trade and economic cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises of Kazakhstan and enterprises of free economic zone "Minsk", active information exchange and holding joint events to further strengthen and develop Belarus-Kazakhstan business relations.
Dmitry Rudchenko, Chairman of the FEZ "Minsk" administration, presented to the honored guests the investment attractiveness and the main preferences for doing business in the FEZ "Minsk". In addition, the guests were invited to visit some of the leading FEZ "Minsk" enterprises to get acquainted with their production facilities and see how enterprises operate in the free economic zone "Minsk".
The delegation from Kazakhstan, accompanied by the representatives of the administration, visited such enterprises as JV "SOFTFORM", Ltd. (furniture production), JV "Minsk cable plant "Minskkabel" (production of cable products), UE "ADANI" (production of x-ray equipment) and JSC "Management company of the holding "Belkommunmash" (production of public electric transport).
