The list of residents was replenished with two new participants at once joined the residents of the FEZ "Minsk", which was a successful start of the year.
The investment project on the construction of a new printing enterprise "Belarusian House of Press" will be the largest in the history of the free economic zone. The declared volume of investments will be more than 700 million belarusian rubles.
The relevant agreement was signed by the Head of the administration of the FEZ "Minsk" Anatoly Kalinin and the General Director of the state enterprise "Publishing House "Belarusian Press House" Andrei Lukyanchikov.
The start of the productveactivity is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028, attainment of projected capacity - by 2030. About 190 new jobs will be created during the implementation of the project. The resident’s status will let the publishing house develop export directions actively. 69% of produced commodities are planned to be supplied abroad.
A new modern enterprise will be locatedin one of the most dynamically developing FEZ land plots in the area of Fanipol. Support measures under FEZ conditions will let the company to significantly speed up the construction of the facility. On the territory, at the expense of the FEZ "Minsk," the necessary infrastructure has been created for the implementation of projects of any complexity. A gas pipeline, a gas distribution point, and a road network were built.
One more resident will produce polymer and metal products. The project was initiated by the Belarusian brand Salmax Group LLC, which specializes in the production of polycarbonate, greenhouse skeletones, gazebos, garden furniture and metal structures.
The declared volume of investments in fixed capital will be at least 3 million euros. The productive activity is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2029. The company will create at least 10 jobs.
The investment project provides for the creation of a high-tech full-cycle production complex focused on the domestic and foreign markets. About 26% of the products will be exported.
