A high-pressure gas pipeline along street No. 8 in sector No. 10 of FEZ Minsk in the Fanipol area was put into operation. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the FEZ Minsk administration Anatoly Buben on December 28.
“The launch of an on-site high-pressure gas pipeline will increase the attractiveness of this territory and provide gas supply to new modern, high-tech enterprises of FEZ Minsk residents. This will attract a significant amount of investment and create more than 500 new jobs, increase tax revenues to the republican and local budgets ", noted Anatoly Buben.
Last year, a gas supply pipeline was put into operation in this area; in 2023, an on-site gas pipeline with a length of more than 2 kilometers was built.
Today, 12 residents work on the FEZ Minsk territory in the Fanipol area with a total volume of attracted investments in fixed assets of $183.9 million, 1,725 new jobs have been created. FEZ enterprises in this territory produced products worth $1.93 billion.
Let us recall that on December 18, a significant energy infrastructure facility for the region, the Cherkassy substation, was opened at this site. In addition, construction of a street and distribution point is planned for 2024.
