To consider the issue of registration as a resident of the FEZ Minsk, a legal entity or individual entrepreneur must submit the following documents to the FEZ Minsk administration:

• Application according to the form approved by the administration of the FEZ Minsk. (Download form in Russian)
• Business plan for an investment project in the form approved by the administration of the Minsk FEZ. (Download standard form in Russian)
• A payment document confirming payment of the state fee for registration as a resident of a free economic zone in the established amount.

For registration as a FEZ resident , a state fee of 50 base rates is charged.
