Only legal entities (individual entrepreneurs) of the Republic of Belarus with a location (legal address) within the boundaries of the FEZ "Minsk", who have concluded an agreement with the administration of the FEZ "Minsk" on the conditions of activity in the FEZ "Minsk", can be registered as residents of the free economic zone.

Becoming a FEZ "Minsk" resident is very simple. To do this you need:

1. Develop a business plan for an investment project. The investment project, in accordance with its business plan, must include:

 • the volume of investments in fixed assets in an amount equivalent to at least 1 million euros or at least 500 thousand euros, but subject to the investment being made within three years from the date of concluding an agreement on the conditions of activity in the FEZ "Minsk"

 • creation and (or) development of export-oriented and (or) import substitution production.

2. Obtain approval for the project implementation and agree on the location of production on the FEZ "Minsk" territory

3. Pay the state fee for registration as a resident of the FEZ

4. Conclude an agreement with the administration of the FEZ "Minsk" on the conditions of activity in the FEZ "Minsk". The agreement must be concluded within five days from the date of receipt of its draft, but no later than one month from the date it was sent by the administration.
